Information regarding revisions to the draft rules and a copy of the revised draft rules are available on the ODOE website. You may use this web-based submission form to submit your comments or visit the ODOE webpage for alternative ways to comment. Please have your comments submitted by 5 p.m. on March 29, 2022 so that they can inform the finalization of the program rules.
